Checkout

All the items you have in your shopping cart will appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart before clicking "Checkout." When you finalize your order and click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card information and start to process your order. Your order will not be processed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

Cancellations or Modifications to an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please call ashor’s room, inc. immediately at 888.884.6441. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or modified and must be returned or exchanged.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you would like items shipped to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each shipping location.

Methods of Payment

ashor’s room, inc. is unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.

We accept payments online with the following credit cards:
Visa
Master card

If we are unable to process your credit card your order will not be processed. Please check your credit card information to ensure the correct number, expiration date, and billing name and address you provide match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists please refer to your credit card company.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only to items that will be shipped to states where ashor’s room, inc. has a physical presence. Currently this is only in Illinois.

Pricing Policy

Pricing of merchandise for items sold through our online store is exclusively determined by ashor's room, inc. Our online merchandise prices typically match those of independent retailers that carry our labels in their stores; however, retailers are not required to match our online pricing. Further, ashor’s room, inc. reserves the right to price independent of retail stores and will not be held responsible for price matching, returns and/or refunds of any kind on merchandise that is not purchased from our online store.
