Returns / Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 21 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL original tags attached. Return shipments must be prepaid and insured, with the package securely wrapped. It is advised that you keep a tracking # for your protection in the event the merchandise is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. ashor’s room, inc. is not responsible for merchandise damages and/or lost or stolen items while in transit. Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, ashor’s room, inc. will promptly refund your credit card using the same payment method as the original purchase. Confirmation of refund or exchange will be sent via e-mail and it is strongly advised to track your credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completion of the refund. Exchange items will be shipped within 2-3 business days following the above shipping guidelines and subject to merchandise availability. Shipping charges for exchange merchandise will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping.
