Domestic Shipping Costs and Methods
ashor’s room currently ships within the United States only. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1pm CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and weekends, and will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm CST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 2-3 days pending availability and credit verification. ashor’s room, inc. will contact you via e-mail if any of the merchandise is not available or on back order.
Shipping charges include handling and materials used in shipping.
We offer free shipping using standard UPS Ground on all orders over $175. To request or expedite an order please contact ashor’s room, inc. via e-mail at customerservice@ashorsroom.com or phone 888.884.6441. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
We will do our best to accommodate all shipping requests, but do not guarantee shipment deadlines outside of the above methods. Any additional costs for expedited shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser and not that of ashor's room, inc.

Refused Shipments
Refusal of shipments on your order will require full payment and responsibility for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to ashor's room, inc. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
